Standard Specifications for Water and Sewer Fifth Edition, 1996
The Fifth Edition of the "Standard Specifications for Water and Sewer Main Construction in Illinois" is available for purchase from the ISPE office.

The current edition is aimed at reducing document assembly time and provides for a high quality product to facilitate agency reviews and reduce bidder time. It contains over 200 pages.

The book was compiled by a committee of owners, contractors and engineers, with input from Illinois governmental agencies. The fifth edition will remain current until the release of the sixth edition in late 2008.

A discount of 10% will be given to orders of 10 or more.
