Comment Process
The Public Comment Period shall begin August 1, 2008 and end October 31, 2008
- Comments shall include the submitter’s name, company or affiliation, address, phone number, e-mail address, and PE license number, if applicable.
- Comments shall note the specific section(s) being commented on at the top of the attachment to allow for sorting by section.
- If a commenter has several unrelated comments to different sections, those should be submitted as separate Word documents, but may be submitted in the same email.
- Comments will be distributed to a Comment Review Team for review. The Comment Review Team will present their recommendations to the full committee, and the changes will be voted on.
Following the above procedure, the 6th edition of the Standard Specifications for Water and Sewer Construction, 2009, which has been renamed because services are included, will be ready for publication.
