Once you register online OR the ISPE headquarters has processed your payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Exhibitors may have two individuals on-site to staff the exhibit space, one of which is entitled to a complimentary full conference registration. Exhibitors will receive an email for a discount code allowing you to register one exhibitor rep for the full ISPE conference. For sponsors, the number of representatives depends on sponsorship level - Platinum Sponsors receive two conference registrations and Gold Sponsors receive one registration.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds of exhibit space, with a written notice of cancellation, can be requested until May 31, 2019. After May 31, 2019, until June 21, 2019, 50% of the total fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after June 21, 2019. A $100 administrative fee will be deducted from any cancellation.
