Because we do it more than we realize, we should know how to do it well, right?
This fun presentation will shed light on the most successful negotiating tactics. Engineers will explore different types of negotiations, the 3-step process to a negotiation, what to do when problems arise, and when to talk away.
About 1st Friday Webinars
ISPE 1st Friday Webinars take place the 1st Friday of each month and are free to ISPE members that register before the deadline. Registration closes at 5PM the Wednesday before the webinar.
A link to access the webinar will be sent to you following your registration. After the webinar, you will have until 8 AM Monday morning to complete the online quiz. All participants must score a minimum of 80% on the quiz to pass. PDH certificates will be email to you within 2 weeks of the webinar.
