What is open source software and why should it matter to engineers?

This webinar will explore what open source software is, why we should make a point of using it in our daily work, what alternatives are available to the traditional proprietary business / engineering software, and how open source is shaping the future of software as we know it.

About First Fridays

ISPE First Friday Webinars take place the 1st Friday of each month and are free to ISPE members that register before the deadline.  Registration closes at 5PM the Wednesday before the webinar.

A link to access the webinar will be sent to you following your registration.  After the webinar, you will have until 8 AM Monday morning to complete the online quiz.  All participants must score a minimum of 80% on the quiz to pass.  PDH certificates will be email to you within 2 weeks of the webinar.
