*Important note regarding webinar attendance*
ISPE webinars are structured to be live so that participants have the opportunity to ask questions and to hear the questions of other attendees. We document each person’s participation as we believe that is part of ISPE’s obligation as approved PDH providers. GoToWebinar is a leading software platform for providing webinars and has established protocols for documenting attendee participation. As it is a platform for webinars, it assumes that participants are using a computer to participate. We rely on the that data to ensure that those who register are, in fact, participating in the webinars. Additionally, there is no way for GoToWebinar to record your attendance by phone number if you simply dial-in and listen to the webinar without viewing it on your computer. If this case applies to you, you must email written proof of your attendance to the ISPE office by the following Monday. ISPE can not award PDH certificates to those who pass the quiz but do not have a record of attending the webinar. We view this as part of our obligation to ensure the integrity of programming that ISPE is providing.
