Where do I get the quiz and handouts?
The handouts will be provided in the GoToWebinar session in the “Materials” tab in the top right corner at the beginning of the session. Quizzes will be given in the “Chat” tab in the top right corner in the last five minutes of the session. If you miss the link to the quiz, please contact [email protected]
How do I ask a question during the session?
In the top right hand corner, the “Questions” tab can be found. This is where you can ask questions to the presenter. A moderator will either ask the question for you throughout the presentation or it will be asked at the end of the session.
I’ve completed the quiz, how do I get my certificate?
After completing the Google Form, please allow ISPE Staff a few business days to fulfill all certificates from the session. When it has been processed, you will receive your certificate as an email from Certify’Em. It is possible it could have fallen into spam or junk mail, so make sure to check there if you cannot find it. If you still cannot locate your certificate, please contact [email protected]
What are the qualifications needed for a PDH Certificate?
Attendees must register for the session on the ISPE website prior to the event date. The day of the session, attendees must log on and participate individually on GoToWebinar for at least 50 minutes. Following the session, attendees must pass the quiz provided with at least an 80% passing grade in order to receive a PDH Certificate.
